I was thrilled to have this image of children sweeping their school yard in Garamba National Park taken on assignment for African Parks chosen by the Print Swap to show at Photoville in Brooklyn New York 2019. Equally to win a Gold Prize from the Tokyo International Photo Awards (TIFA) 2019 and then a Silver and a Bronze award from the Paris Photo Prize 2018 for my series Sunday Best at Weekend Studio made it all the more special.

TIFA exhibited my work in Tokyo in February 2019 and then again the same series was exhibited in Okinawa by the International Photography Awards Best of Show 2018 & 2019 in January 2020.

 

 

2018 – 2020 has been an incredible spate of awards and recognition mainly for a passion project I self-funded in 2017 but also for assignment work in Africa.
