Bo Kaap is one of Cape Towns most vivid suburbs. Formerly known as the Malay Quarter. Some of the buildings date back to 1844, now a highly sort after place to live, the ‘gentrification’ process is in full swing.

Still, the charm of Bo-Kaap and it’s Cape Malay community who have lived in the quarter for generations make it an incredible place to take a walk.
